Notice of Claimed Infringement

  • (f) A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on their behalf;
  • (g) Submit your notice via our DMCA Takedown Form or email it to: [email protected]

We offer two options for content removal:

Express Removal – The content will be removed within 2 hours after payment of a $5 fee.

Standard Removal – This option is free of charge, but the process may take 24-48 hours, depending on whether the information you provided is complete and accurate.

Take Down Procedure

We reserve the right at any time to remove any material or activity on our site that is alleged to be infringing, or based on facts or circumstances from which infringing activity is apparent.

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers, when appropriate, and we will act expeditiously to remove access to material that infringes another’s copyright in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512 of the DMCA.

We also reserve the right to modify, update, or add to this policy at any time. Users are encouraged to regularly check this page to stay up to date with any changes to our DMCA procedures.
